Advanced Charting & Technical Indicators

TradePicker features a customizable charting interface capable of displaying multiple timeframes ranging from 2-minute intervals up to monthly macro views.

Users can overlay a wide array of technical indicators directly onto the price action, including Simple Moving Averages (SMA), Bollinger Bands, Keltner Channels, and Donchian Channels.

The application supports secondary indicator sub-panels, allowing traders to monitor metrics like the Relative Strength Index (RSI) and MACD histograms below the main chart.

Custom Strategy Builder & Scripting

A dedicated Custom Strategy Builder enables users to design precise entry and exit conditions using a visual rule builder with logical operators like "AND" and "OR".

Advanced users can leverage a custom scripting syntax to define complex trade signals, such as requiring Close[0] > Sma10[0] or GreenBar[-1] > 0 over specific look-back periods.

Scripts can be explicitly tailored to distinct time intervals (e.g., 5-minute or 15-minute charts) and saved for continuous evaluation.

Automated Alert Manager

Live Streaming Watchlists (if broker supported)

A dedicated Live Stream module provides real-time market tracking for categorized lists of tickers, such as "Software Stocks".

The watchlist grid continuously updates key metrics, including the last price, net change, percent change, and the current profit or loss for each specific asset.

Users can synchronize their watchlist to a designated chart group, ensuring that double-clicking a row immediately loads that ticker's data into the active charting window.

Traders can swiftly launch a new trade entry form by middle-clicking directly on a desired price level within the chart window.

Comprehensive Portfolio Management

A central TradeTracker continuously monitors the user's active portfolio, aggregating unrealized profit and loss across multiple active broker accounts.

Charts feature a customizable Daily Performance HUD that displays real-time dollar and percentage gains for the current day, including after-hours and pre-market extensions.

The application prominently displays the total combined P/L values alongside the specific average cost basis for any open positions.

Relative Comparison Charting

The charting module features a percentage-based comparison mode that allows traders to evaluate the relative strength of multiple assets simultaneously.

This feature anchors the selected tickers to a specific starting date and calculates their ongoing price action as a relative percentage.

Comparison tickers are automatically assigned distinct colors from a generated palette and documented in a visual legend on the chart.

Interactive Drawing & Analytical Tools
